You may cancel an order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@eBookSpace.online with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory issues or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
